What is IRADIS?

IRADIS is an acronym for International Research And Development Institute for Simulation. We are a non-profit organization occupied with vehicle simulation, especially that of aeroplanes.

This is a translated excerpt from the latest draft version of our Articles. Disclaimer: This translation may not convey the exact meaning of the original Articles, and may in fact be completely wrong.

The foundation's goal is to:

  1. (make) design, construct and/or acquire simulators, simulation software and hardware, and mathematical models;
  2. aid third parties, such as public schools, universities and other foundations, in the design, construction and/or acquisition of simulators, simulation software and hardware, and mathematical models;
  3. initiate, take part in and/or promote national and international cooperiation in the field of vehicle simulation, particularly aeroplanes;
    and everything that is directly or indirectly related or can be beneficial thereto, everything in the broadest possible sense.
